The amount of times we think of how we are going to fail before starting something is staggering.  Isn’t it?

Seems like we are programmed to feel fear rather than excitement.  We rather cast a vision of feeling sorry for ourselves that casting a vision of success.  We self-sabotage.

I’ve been there.  We all have been there.  The worse part is that many of us make it a habit.

We are insecure, we blame, we are stubborn, we are fearful.

These are all self inflicting and all they do is decrease your chances of success.

So now what.  Well, if you are reading this and these words resonate, then this is your nudge.  I just made you aware and now you have an opportunity to take intentional action.

Clear your mind of all the negative and focus on the positive.  I am sure you have heard that before.

The truth is that if you have a success mindset from the beginning you will win.  A positive mindset knocks out fear (and all the negative) in the first round.

You will gain so much more by simply having the right frame of mind.

You will have more clarity.

You will make better decisions.

You will communicate better.

You will have more confidence.

You will overcome challenges.

You will grow.

Now, this doesn’t mean that you won’t fail at something – because you will.  But having a success mindset will allow you to navigate those failures better and make them a growth opportunity.

So if you are going to start something new… a job, a business, college, a relationship… embrace it with a positive mindset and reap the benefits.

BTW, If you have kiddos at home, do me a favor… teach them this lesson.

To your success,

Jose
